the spa day was just very nice! i had an 80-minute treatment with katie g. she explained everything beforehand (i loved this touch!). the massage was genuinely one of the best i have ever had. i did not want it to end!

The room was great and had a nice view. we received a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the room. we dined in the ryder restaurant, a buffet style place. All options were delicious. hannah provided great service. She was friendly and chatty.
The brabazon bar was noisy and lacked any romance. the waitress was clueless to the point of rudeness. i asked for a red berry tea. They had none.

The hotel is conveniently near major roadways, with easy access. the surroundings are peaceful, with sprawling golf courses and landscaped grounds visible around the hotel. it's easy to find. The directions were clear!
